					<description>That video is easier to read than your previous post but way cold blooded. I must say that Westdale has done a nice job in the past building the lofts they currently have. 

On the other hand, Dallas already has too many new fancy glass structured areas that trendy folks frequent. The biggest problem is they abandon them immediately for the next newer one. Go to Ghost Bar next year and then tell me I'm wrong. It's this temporary 'flash in the pan' that Deep Ellum should avoid at all cost, especially if it means destroying Dallas history.

As we say at Kettle Art, "Embrace your Culture". This does not mean tear it down but instead restore, revitalize and build upon it. Unfortunately I feel like I'm preaching to the choir w/ this post.</description>
