- got 2 floor plans for the covered lot
- don’t need to supply table/chairs
- Ruth and Chad are working on a vendor list
- going to have about 38 8′x10′ spaces to sell at $25 each

- Byron has some words on promotion. He has a contact with the Observer interested in DEEP as well as a contact at The Quick.
- Mark B. has a contact at Fox4 interested in Deep Ellum and DEEP
- Rundown on press releases from here on out is a detailed full release 3 days prior to an event and then a summary release 1 day prior to an event.
- reopening the “fix the deep ellum” sign project. Kevin is heading it up. Working on getting contacts and info together to give to him. If anyone knows anything about the concrete/neon sign on Main/Good Latimar please send it to chasd00@gmail.com
