I just recieved a link to this article over on Unfair Park (the Dallas Observer’s blog) and I am not happy about this. Annino’s totally callous attitude towards business owners just pisses me off. I’m sorry you don’t agree with their businesses, but I really dissaggree with you paying yourself with PID money as a “consultant.” I am honestly and legitimately pissed right now. This was my comment on the blog.

I honestly feel that the SUPs are a croc of shit and with all of the metered spaces and pay parking lots I don’t see how it is fair to require parking. It’s Deep Ellum, I walk anytime I have to go anywhere in this neighborhood and don’t see where a place like Europa is going to fine another large enough parking lot without having to purchase a portion of one of the pay lots. Deep Ellum was not originally designed with parking in mind, and most of the lots we have today are where other buildings once stood. Come on people lets just raze the whole neighborhood and turn it into one huge fucking parking lot.”
