Info has come through the grapevine that a free runner / parkour group will be filming some of their exploits for a short corporate spot. We don’t have too much info but keep an eye out, you may see some pretty cool sights in the next few weeks.

“We have 4 parkour guys from San Antonio who are going to “run across Dallas” to get to the Galderma meeting. We would like one of the locales to be the rooftops of Deep Ellum with the Dallas skyline in the background. We have 8 crew members and only 4 cast. My idea right now is to have the camera on the roof of a business on the north side of Elm (The Green Room side) and the parkour guys on a roof on the south side. We just need a few quick shots of them running and jumping from one roof to another roof. Since those roof tops are connected, it won’t be dangerous but it will probably look pretty cool. We can’t spend more than 2 hours shooting in Deep Ellum based on the number of locations we have to visit the day of the shoot.”

It really does seem like Deep Ellum would be one of the best parts of Dallas for free running.
