I don’t have too much information on this yet, but should be able to get some more info soon. Apparently Red Blood Club recieved a 1 year Specific Use Permit, while Adairs Saloon recieved a 5 year SUP. Congrats to both businesses.

I was at the meeting — Red Blood Club got the SUP under the condition that they add off-duty police officers on Friday and Saturday nights. Council members seemed pretty concerned about the recent stabbing there, which is why (I’m assuming) they only got a one-year SUP, not two years as was originally recommended by the city staff and the City Plan Commission.
