Dear Deep Ellum Stakeholders,

As discussed at the Deep Ellum Foundation meeting on November 15th, NCTCOG presented a summary of the Deep Ellum stakeholder survey as well as conclusions and recommendations for DART and the City of Dallas.  We have posted these items on our website and would appreciate any feedback you may have.  The website is located here:http://www.nctcog.org/trans/sustdev/landuse/funding/DeepEllumTOD.asp.

Please send any feedback you may have to Lyndsay Krodel at lkrodel@nctcog.org by December 13th, 2007. Specifically, please send feedback on which recommendations you consider to be priorities, and any ideas you may have for implementation.  NCTCOG will be formulating an Action Plan based on these conclusions and any feedback we receive from you.  Thank you,
