The president of the Association, Gianna Madrini, wanted to make sure all Deep Ellum business owners and members are aware of the following:

• The Trustees of the Deep Ellum Foundation with the help of our (P.I.D.) Public Improvement tax Dollars have established a $10,000 grant to help improve security in Deep Ellum and Expo Park by subsidizing exterior lighting on area buildings.
• As a property owner, or member of the Deep Ellum Association, you are eligible to receive a 50% reimbursement, up to $300 (if you spend $600.00) for exterior lighting that you add to your property. To request reimbursement please send a letter with your name, address and telephone number requesting your reimbursement along with a copy of your paid invoices to:
