I found all this lovely info over at my always favorite Cindy Chaffin’s Finelinelive.com. There’s lots to do over at Hal Samples Gallery and Hal’s Space Studio this weekend. Three full nights of events to coincide with the Deep Ellum Arts Fest.
The final night includes a performance by Austin’s The Black Angels. Hal Samples has previously worked with Texas artists Sarah Jaffe and the Black Angels for soundtrack on the At War documentary, which also was produced by David Leeson, staff photog of the Dallas Morning News.
